Songkran

For many centuries Thailand has been following the Brahmin solar calendar, according to which the start of the year is in April, when the sun enters Aries. Now the New Year’s Day is celebrated on the 1st of January and Songkran is transformed into a national holiday. The observation embraces goodwill, love, compassion, and thankfulness, using water as the means of expression. Join us to celebrate this beautiful festival in Thai way.
